This controller is for 110/220 volt SINGLE phase power.

This unit regulates AC power up to 10000 watts MAX
If using this with a HHO generator you will need to change the AC power to DC. To do this you will need to purchase a AC to DC converter.
A HHO generator will NOT work with AC power so it need to be converted.
